Dawn’s Bodysculpting is a health and fitness training with massage treatment programs. I also provide bodysculpt training, workshops, Nutrition Consulting and Massage, in and out of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Dawn’s Bodysculpting makes exercise convenient, enjoyable and affordable I will come to your home, office, or I am located in - a One on One Private Studio setting ( in NB and FF locations) and in local scenic outdoor locations/ and recreational centers through out the North Battlefords an Flin Flon, Creighton areas, to provide you with all the sculpting services you need to make each session fun and rewarding.
Dawn’s Bodysculpting offers a range of Body~Sculpting training sessions from one to one, couples sessions, small and large group, on site: in office/ executive de-stress: stretches & /or workouts specific for your job trainings as well as mums and kids sessions to suit everyone's requirements and budgets.
Dawn’s Bodysculpting mobile massage will come to you at your house or workplace to help you unwind or just relax with a well deserved massage.

Dawn’s Bodysculpting has had clients for over 6 years who continue to see me for professional guidance once to six times a week for personal training to help them stay motivated, have a regular time commitment, 'me time' or maybe just be pushed that extra mile they wouldn't otherwise do on their own to help feel happier and healthier.
